An incorporated Limited Liability Company (LLC) which launched in 2005, originating out of Howard University as a Caribbean oriented event promotional group which now functions in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area.

Now in its 3rd year entertaining patrons in D.C, Basement Knok’ers is currently one of the leading companies in Caribbean event promotions in the Washington, D.C. area. Our clients, patrons and fans have expanded exponentially from the Caribbean/American university communities to all of the Caribbean-American Diaspora in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

The Basement Knok’ers team is a synergy of well-rounded, energetic and uniquely talented individuals. Though divided by their various roles, responsibilities and positions within the group, this team forms the syndicate known as the Basement Knok’ers Family. Our strategy is simply to be the best at what we do, as quality speaks for itself.

Our affiliations have also expanded from local ventures with entities such as Gresham Entertainment, whom are the hosts of the regionally and internationally known all-inclusive event, Taboo, (www.thetabooparty.com), KnockBoyz Ent., SekouFlex Entertainment, Indigo Concepts and Fevah Entertainment, (www.fevahentertainment.com). Nationally, Basement Knok’ers is aligned with Big & Strong Entertainment from New York (www.bigandstrong.net) with whom we host a carnival band for Miami Carnival called One Island Body Paint Band. In addition, we have made international affiliations with Lalo Sounds, Tribe Carnival (www.carnivaltribe.com) with whom we host annually, one of the most memorial sought after parties for D.C Carnival, IGNITE, and also RED967fm (www.red967fm.com) the leading radio station in Trinidad & Tobago, whom is our lead sponsor for Basement Knok’ers Carnival Band, Damage Control Carnival.

Our intent is to not only to exclusively host, but also to be an integral part of the planning and promotion of some of the most successful and memorable events in the metropolitan area, and to expose the American population here in Washington, DC to our abundant Caribbean culture. At each event we ensure an ambience that is geared towards all our patrons having an outstanding experience. Through these events we plan to promote both artistes and art forms from all over the Caribbean. In addition, it is our hope that through our products and services, Basement Knok’ers Entertainment will be associated with a unique caliber of entertainment that is both recognized and highly respected throughout the entertainment industry in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and beyond.
